Wouldn't you say a Mardi Gras parade is quite the way to ring in 3 weeks old? It was so kind of the city to throw our little king cake baby such a fun birthday party!
My mom was riding in Muses tonight, which is pretty much my favorite parade. Ever.
We live one block from where the parade lines up, so we were able to walk down in daylight and say hi to my mom and her friends.
Thatcher did quite well for attending a parade for 10 minutes! He even got one of the coveted Muses shoes. The husband said it better be the last time he's caught with women's jewelry and shoes (all of the Muses throws are "girly" in nature).
Thatcher thinks he likes this Mardi Gras stuff!
